ICMAD Announces Young Designer Winners

The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors Association (ICMAD) announced the three winners of the organization’s 2002 Young Designers competition. Winners were honored during an open board of directors meeting and dinner, which was held on Oct. 15 in New York City. Tammy Teehan, a Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) student, placed first and was awarded $2500 for her Blue Goo styling gel.
